For our clients in Automotive & Mobility, Financial Services, Insurance, Retail, and Energy, we develop scalable data and AI solutions – from strategic consulting to fully operational end-to-end systems.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for an AI Engineer (m/f/d) who will drive our projects in Agentic AI and LLM-based workflows.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop Agentic AI solutions based on state-of-the-art LLM architectures
- Build LLM pipelines and workflows for information retrieval, decision support, and generative applications
- Design and implement GenAI products in close collaboration with data scientists, architects, and clients
- Apply data engineering skills: data preparation, transformation, pipeline building (e.g., with Databricks, Airflow, dbt, or similar tools)
- Evaluate new AI technologies and integrate them into our solution architecture including LLM evaluation
- Work closely with architects to deliver scalable and robust end-to-end implementations
Your Profile
- Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field
- Strong expertise in developing LLM-based applications (e.g., LangChain, Haystack, Semantic Search, Prompt Engineering, Agentic AI frameworks, RAG)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Solid background in data engineering (ETL, data modeling, pipeline orchestration)
- Strong programming skills in Python (Java/Scala a plus)
- Experience with MLOps/LLMOps tools (e.g., MLflow, Weights & Biases, vector databases, LLM monitoring)
- Passion for Generative AI and the ability to translate concepts into production-grade applications
- Analytical mindset, team player, and motivation to work at the forefront of AI technology
